Ramada Limited Inn & Suites Pittsfield Hotel
Reviews
Situated in Pittsfield, MA, close to hiking trails,
snow skiing and outlet stores, the Ramada Limited
Inn & Suites Pittsfield offers the utmost
in convenience, amenities and value. Of course,
that’s easy for us to say. What really counts
is the unsolicited words of our guests.

"Best Stay!” |

I chose the Ramada Inn due to previous stays with the franchise. Everything was above and beyond, and the staff was EXCEPTIONAL!! Front desk knew of many places to visit, restaraunts, and local activities. Housekeeping was great, and had the room cleaned before we got back everyday. Definitly stay again, and suggest to anyone else around town!! Forget the Crowne Plaza or Hilton, way overpriced and very noisy places!! Both of those places had a bed bug problem and screwed up my rates, enough for me to leave and never go back to again!!! |

Me and my friend were in a very tight spot on a holiday weekend, we had nowhere to live, my friend is handicapped and has a service dog, and the folks at the ramada were kind and graacious enough to accomodate our needs. the rooms a very spacious and extremely clean. tha staff was very warm and welcoming, and accomodated the needs of a handicap person to the fullest. they let us know throughout the day, everyday that if there was anything they could do for us, all we had to do is let them know. we were displaced from our home due to personal matters which are now resolved, however on our way out the door this morning the owner and his team of wonderful employees told us if we have any more problems to feel free to come back. out of all the hotels that i have stayed at the ramada in pittsfield is by far the best and i would recommend it to anyone. very reasonable rates, and a delicious continental breakfast. |

Picked this hotel because of other reviews, did not make reservations in advance. Room price was very reasonable, hotel staff was helpful with suggesting local places to eat and attractions. Shower pressure very good & water temp perfect. Fridge, coffee maker, iron & iron board, laundry service, blow drier and other little ammenities making feel like home. No loud traffic or other noises. Free breakfast setup was clean and had great variety. Have already recommended thotel to friends. Only complaint was alarm clock, but not sure if it was set correctly. The alarm clock could ahve been user error :) |

"Resuced by the Ramada” |

We recently took our daughter to school in the Berkshires and had reservations at another hotel when we arrived the hotel was dirty ceiling was falling and mold was on the walls. Needless to say after 21 hours on the road in a van with a teenager, a 6 year old and a 2 year old the last thing we expected was to come upon was a delapetated hotel. So my husband said we need to find something else. I started calling around and every other hotel I called was booked. My husband said what about the Ramada we passed on the way in to Pittsfield. I called and Sunjay Desai the General Manager said they had a room to accomodate our needs. It was way more than what we expected. let me say that again it way way more than what we expected. the room was beautiful and we paid less for it than we would have at the Travelodge in Pittsfield!. The people were nice and the continential breakfast was wonderful. We will most definitely stay there again when we come to visit our daughter. We would not think of staying any place else.
Thanks Ramada for making our trip to the Berkshires a memoriable one. |

"Better than expected, GREAT value” |

The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms looked freshly renovated. The staff at the desk polite and helpful during our entire stay. The Continental breakfast good - make your own waffles, yogurt, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, fruit etc. We were up for Tanglewood and also ended up visiting The Hancock Shaker Village which was right up the road! Overall the hotel was great and perfect for what we were looking for. |

I stayed with my wife at the Ramada this month. The property was very clean and comfortable. They also upgraded us to a king suite because of our new born for the same price! They were all very helpful, great hotel for the price and a lot better than some of the major ones we have stayed at in the past years along the main route 7 strip! I was also told by the front desk all the bedding and beds have been replaced, you could tell it was all new. If your coming up to the Berkshires during the busy summer season I personally would definitely recommend this hotel as one of your better choices. |

"Pretty
decent" |

All
other hotels and inns were sold out because
of Tanglewood concert. I booked this as
a last resort. I was pleased about overall
cleanliness and friendliness of staff.
The buffet continetal breakfast was a
little crowded and the staff had a hard
time keeping up with the mess. The closeness
to Tanglewood made it a good choice.

"Best value
in the area for a decent room" |

I have
stayed here several times for business
reasons. The rooms are large and clean.
High speed internet is free. Service at
the front desk could be spotty, but the
owners actually care quite a bit and can
resolve problems for you.
About 10 minutes from downtown Pittsfield
and 20+ minutes from Lenox, rooms are
large with basic furnishings. However,
it is very clean. Wireless internet access
is free and it is available throughout
the hotel. Wired access is only available
on the 1st floor. Continental breakfast
is included and has a good selection of
bagels, pastries, yogurt, fruit and cereal,
etc. The area is very quiet at night. |

This
is a clean, comfortable hotel with nice
amenities such as internet access and
a decent free breakfast. The facility
itself was well cared for and the staff
friendly and helpful. I would definitely
recommend this hotel. |

We had
a great time here, we stayed in a 2 room
suite.
Two of Our daughters had their own bedroom,
which had a picture window, 2 double beds,
television/ dresser/ nitestands. They
were thrilled.
The main room was huge L shape, with a
king size bed, 2 picture windows, fireplace
and a good television on the mantel. Our
youngest daughter slept on the pull out
sofa in the living room area. This place
was VERY CLEAN, bathroom was nice &
clean, vanity was outside the bathroom
which is a plus with all us girls.
And it's not far from the Prime Outlets
in Lee, MA. :)
And the Free Continental Breakfast was
very good, That was also in a nice room. |

We and
two other couples met at the Ramada Inn,
Pittsfield, for an extended weekend to
enjoy the Boston Symphony Orchestra. We
found the rooms clean, the beds comfortable,
and the service impeccable. We were concerned
about "thin walls" noted in
previous reviews but found these reviews
totally without merit. The only sound
we heard in four days were small children
running in the halls--and who would complain
about that. I highly recommend the Ramada
Inn and love the quaint location, beautiful
scenery, and accommodations. I will stay
here in the future.
